Details[]

Archmage Gehlnarine Liridian was made aware of the presence of a spy within the Magus Senate. This spy, one Matiif Durthan reported directly to Stromheart regarding the details of a Senate Session and was considered an Ambassador to Dalaran without the knowledge of the Senate. Durthan was detained and questioned on this. Upon questioning, it was ascertained that Durthan was a spy unknowingly, unaware that the Senate had not been made aware of his supposed 'Ambassadorship'. Durthan was released, and charges dropped.

Durthan was followed by Archmage Liridian to Stormwind Harbor, where Recording #298 was taken of Durthan's conversation with one Ritchard Elric. The recording also captures what was said upon the revelation that Arranax DeVin, Vanadicus Alexander and Gehlnarine Liridian had been listening.

In the recording, it was uncovered that Elric had spies within the Magus Senate.

Upon further investigation, Stromheart professed to not knowing of this matter and offered any way he could to fix the fragile state of relations between the Church and the Senate. When asked for the name of the informant within the Senate ranks, Stromheart confessed he did not know, but to ask Elric and that Elric would tell agents of the Eye.

Upon multiple inquiries, the Eye was refused the name of the informant by Elric. When approached on this matter, Stromheart proposed a time be set to sit down with Elric and discuss the matter of the name.

In addition to this, Stromheart submitted a document for the perusal and possible acceptance of the Senate regarding relations with the church. Said document is known as the United Azeroth Initiative.
